List the charging locations of your organization, sorted by creation
order (oldest first). Each item carries a live availability rollup of its
connectors.

Results are cursor-paginated; pass next_cursor back as cursor to
fetch the following page. With near (and optional radius_km), only
locations inside the radius are returned — ordering stays by creation
order, not distance.
